La comprensión de sí mismo es un acto obligado. Tal y como aprendimos a caminar, a hablar, a comprender el entorno y su funcionamiento, así mismo es necesario comprender nuestras herramientas tanto con las que hemos nacido como aquellas que con el tiempo se han desarrollado y adquirido.

 

Conocer quién eres y como funcionas, te abre a una riqueza inimaginable para mantener tu mente, tus emociones y tus actos en congruencia, en un estado de salud continuo tanto emocional, físico y psicológico. Te convierte en una mejor versión de ti mismo y es ahí que radica tu fuerza vital.

 

Basar tu experiencia de vida y tu bienestar en la ignorancia de ti mismo te condena a los peores males de tu existir.

 

Es importante comprender que vivimos en el sótano lúgubre de una maravillosa y resplandeciente mansión. A la cual pocas veces, o tal vez nunca, hemos podido conocer sus jardines y sus extraordinarias habitaciones. Para tener acceso permanente a toda nuestra mansión, es primordial conocer nuestra ubicación y la existencia de nuestras capacidades.

 

Frente a la vida contigo es una herramienta obligada para crear una mejor versión de ti, para continuar expandiendo tu conocimiento en plenitud que desembocan en estados de felicidad continua.

 

Durante las 5 horas estaremos frente a frente con aquello que permitirá: optimizar tus relaciones tanto contigo como con aquellas personas que se encuentran en tu entorno, vivir en estados de mayor plenitud con lo que haces, piensas y sientes. Comprender tus actos, tus pensamientos y tus sentimientos. Conocer las diferentes influencias que ayudan o impiden a que obtengas lo mejor de ti.

 

Dirigido a toda persona que desee realizar una mejor versión de sí misma.

 

 

Durante el mismo horario Laura Zazueta imparte la versión infantil, para los más pequeños de la casa: de 6 a 13 años. Si tienes hijos será una experiencia maravillosa para toda la familia.

Face à la Vie | AVEC TOI

Se comprendre soi-même est un acte obligatoire. Tel que nous avons appris à marcher, à parler, à comprendre l’environnement et son fonctionnement, il est nécessaire de comprendre nos outils de naissance et ceux qu’au fil du temps nous avons développés et acquis.

 

Connaître qui tu es et comment tu fonctionnes, ouvrira une richesse inimaginable pour maintenir ton esprit, tes émotions et tes actes congruents, un état de santé continue tant émotionnel que physique et psychologique. Il fait de toi, la meilleure version de toi-même et c’est là que réside ta force vitale.

 

Baser ton expérience de vie et ton bien-être sur l’ignorance de toi-même, te condamne aux pires malheurs de ton existence.

 

Il est important de comprendre que nous vivons dans le sous-sol lugubre d’une maison magnifique et resplendissante, dont nous n’avons rarement ou peut-être jamais pu connaître ses extraordinaires jardins et chambres.

 

Pour avoir un accès permanent à toute notre demeure, il est essentiel de connaître notre emplacement et l’existence de nos capacités.

 

Face à la vie avec toi est un outil incontournable pour créer une meilleure version de toi et développer tes connaissances afin de couler pleinement dans des états de bonheur continu.

 

Durant cinq heures, nous serons face à face avec ce qui te permettra : d’optimiser tes relations avec toi comme avec les personnes qui se trouvent dans ton environnement, de vivre dans des états de plénitude avec ce que tu fais, tu penses et tu sens, et de connaître les différentes influences qui favorisent le meilleur de toi ou empêchent de l’obtenir.

 

Pour toute personne qui désire réaliser une meilleure version d’elle-même.

 

Âge minimal 14 ans

 

Durant le même horaire, Laura Zazueta dirigera la partie du cours pour les plus petits de la maison, de six à treize ans. Si tu as des enfants, ce sera une expérience merveilleuse pour toute la famille.

The comprehension of our self is a mandatory act. As we learned to walk, to speak, to understand the environment and its functioning, it is also necessary to understand the tools we were born with and those we have developed and acquired over time.

Knowing who you are and how you function allows you to keep your mind, your emotions and your actions in a continuous state of emotional, physical and psychological health. It makes you a better version of yourself and that is where the root of your life force lies.

Basing your life experience and your well-being on the ignorance of yourself condemns you to the worst evils of your existence.

It is important to understand that we live in the dingy basement of a wonderful and shining mansion whose gardens and extraordinary rooms we have visited only a few times or perhaps never. To have permanent access to our entire mansion, it is essential to know our location and the existence of our capabilities.

Coping the life / with you is a tool required to create a better version of you and continue expanding your knowledge which leads to states of continuous happiness.

During five hours we will be face to face with what will allow you to: optimize your relationships with you, as well as with those around you; live in full awareness of what you do, think and feel; and know the different influences that help or prevent you from getting the best of you.

Aimed at those who want to make a better version of them.

During the same time, Laura Zazueta teaches the children’s version, for the youngest of the house ages 6 to 13. If you have kids, it will be a wonderful experience for the whole family.
